How do I start a new call when I am already on a call?

To utilize another line on your phone, follow the directions below:

Place the call on hold by pressing the Pause/Hold button on your phone.
When on a call you will press the Line key (one of the buttons that has your phone's extension on it).
On the line key, you should now see a new line created. You can proceed with dialing another number.
To toggle between calls press the Hold/Pause button on your phone and then use the arrow keys to select which call to connect to. Press the Resume button to resume the selected call.
