If you would like to change something on your companies phone system, such as which phones ring when an incoming call comes in, how long phones should ring before going to voicemail, what email address voicemails should go to, etc., submit a request outlining those changes in as much detail as possible.
Depending on how extensive the changes are, we will then send you a confirmation document for you to review. If it is a minor change, we will confirm with you via email. This will help us make sure that our engineers completely understand the changes being made.
Once we have confirmation that the changes are approved, either on the confirmation document or via email, we will implement them into your phone system and notify you when the changes are complete.
