Office 365 accounts are setup to auto renew, so you should not receive this message. Usually this message can be resolved by signing in to your Office 365 account using one of your installed apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). You can do this by following the directions below:
- Open an Office 365 program on your computer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Click on the Sign in to get the most out of Office. If you are already signed in, click here again to re-enter your password.
- Once you have signed in, your information will be updated with you current subscription. If this does not resolve the problem, submit a request for us to investigate, or call Support at 845-335-1300.
Be sure to turn on automatic updates for your Office 365 products to ensure that your current version stays up to date and will not be incompatible with your license.
