Install Masiero Remote Support
- Navigate to help.masiero.tech using one of the following internet browsers:
* Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer
* Google Chrome
You may also navigate to help.masiero.tech by visiting our website masiero.tech then selecting "Help".
- Select "Remote".
- Enter the 5-digit code provided to you by a Masiero Support representative, then left-click the blue arrow to begin downloading the Masiero Support Application.
- Once the application is finished downloading, run/launch the application by left-clicking it or selecting "run".
- You may be prompted with a message, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", select "Yes".
If you have trouble completing any of these steps please notify Support.
