Masiero Voice service has powerful tools to enable you to continue to get calls in the event that you can't make it into work and during power outages. Since these situations can often come up unexpectedly, we wanted to provide important information on these powerful features.
If you know of an upcoming storm, and you want to inform your callers of adjusted hours for your office, record a preface message to inform your callers. You can also designate a phone number for all calls to route to only when there is a disruption in service, like a power outage. Alternatively, you can set up call forwarding on your office phones, so that calls are automatically forwarded to another extension, or a cell or landline number if you cannot reach your office.
