Description
Zoiper is what is known as a softphone, it is an application or software that functions as a VoIP phone. It is treated like any other extension within your organization (i.e., extension number, making outbound calls, checking voicemail). Bear in mind, all functionality that is available with a traditional desk VoIP Phone is included with the Zoiper PRO mobile application.
Outbound Calling
To make an outbound call, tap the dial-pad, then enter the 10-digit number you wish to call. The caller ID of the outbound call will show the specific business name as if you were calling from any work extension.

Example 1: Assume that Jane Doe's extension number is 101. To call internally, tap the dial-pad then enter 101, followed by tapping the phone icon to initiate a call to Jane.
Example 2: Assume that you wish to access the General Voicemail assigned extension number 999. To access the General Voicemail box, tap the dial-pad then enter 7999, followed by tapping the phone icon.

Call Parking
Active calls can be placed into Park using the Zoiper Mobile application. The fundamentals are the same but the procedure is slightly different from a standard desk phone.
Parking an Active Call
To park a call in progress, tap the three vertical dots, then tap Transfer call. Then tap the number-pad icon, then enter 700 followed by the pound sign (#). This will automatically place a call into the first available parking space (P-701, P-702, etc...).
Retrieving Parked Calls
Once a call is placed into a parking space, you must dial the parking space 3-digit extension that it was placed into. When a call is transferred into a parking space it automatically chooses the first available parking space. For example, if a call was in parking space P-701, and you wish to resume that call, dial 701, followed by the pound sign (#).
Voicemail
Voicemail boxes can be accessed by dialing prefix 7 followed by the mailbox extension number. Also, calls can be transferred directly to voicemail boxes by dialing prefix 6 followed by the mailbox extension number.
Example 1: To access the voicemail box 102, dial 7102, followed by the phone icon to initiate.
Example 2: To transfer a call to voicemail box 102, dial 6102, followed by the phone icon to initiate.
