Cloud Computing has become the new standard of network deployments in recent years. With cloud computing comes many advantages including: anywhere access, redundancy and backup, reliability, and performance improvements, just to name a few.
Just like onsite servers, occasionally a user may run into a problem with a server feature or application that may require a "Cloud Reset" of their account. This is normal occurrence and not a reason for concern. The Masiero Team has put together a custom solution to allow users to reset their cloud account in the event of a application issue without needing to contact the support team.
Masiero has rolled out a custom application on client desktops labeled "Cloud Reset" with the icon below. This application will allow user to launch it to sign them out of the cloud server which in turn closes all server applications resolving nearly all issues a user will experience.
When using the Cloud Reset application, please bear in mind that this application will close all cloud applications for that user. So please ensure you've saved and closed all cloud apps possible to prevent data or work loss. This application will only reset applications and features for the user launching the application, all other users will not be affected.
