Introduction
These steps and guides are to help you block nuisance calls or unwanted callers from reaching you or your office. Blocked numbers will be prohibited from calling. Once a number is blocked (or blacklisted) you will have the option to unblock the number at any time. The steps needed to block/unblock a number are similar. Please follow them closely.
How to Block (Blacklist) a phone number
Dial 25625 (BLOCK).
Enter the 11-digit phone number you wish to block.
Example: 1-888-333-4444 (11-digit)
The phone number entered will be repeated.
Press 1 to submit the entered phone number. Press 2 to repeat the menu and try again.
Press 3 if you wish to enter another phone number or press # (pound) to exit.
How to Unblock a phone number
Dial 25569 (ALLOW).
Enter the 11-digit phone number you wish to unblock.
Example: 1-888-333-4444 (11-digit)
The phone number entered will be repeated.
Press 1 to submit the entered phone number. Press 2 to repeat the menu and try again.
Press 3 if you wish to enter another phone number or press # (pound) to exit.
